2、Purpose:
The tubular conveyor belt is used in conjunction with the circular tube conveyor, and is shaped into a circular tube along the entire or part of the transportation route with the help of external force. The core of the tubular conveyor belt is made of high-strength canvas or steel wire as the skeleton, and is covered with high-strength, high wear-resistant and high-quality rubber material as the upper and lower layers. During operation, the tape gradually changes from a flat surface to a U-shape, and finally rolls into a tubular shape for closed conveying. Widely used in closed conveying of bulk materials in industries such as metallurgy, power, chemical, port, dock, building materials, mining, and grain.

3、Characteristics
a. Implementing closed conveying, with no flying or scattering of materials, can achieve bidirectional protection of the material environment;

b. Realize a large inclination angle of 30 degrees for conveying, with a long distance for single machine conveying, which can save investment;

c. Moderate lateral rigidity, rolled up in a circular pattern, with good sealing at the
overlap;

d. Wear resistant, fatigue resistant, aging resistant, high interlayer bonding strength, stable dynamic load-bearing capacity, and long service life.
